Core Responsibilities: 

• Lead assigned shifts in a high-speed CPG packaging department

• Assist in implementing process-based improvements for the department

• Ensure all product meets specifications for distribution

• Team development 

Ideal Candidates will have the following: 

• B.S. in Engineering or Business preferred 

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, Process Improvement, and Process Control

• 2+ Years of Manufacturing/Engineering Experience

• An understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies
