Plant Manager

This is a great opportunity to join a growing company at a Plant Manager level.  This is a bulk ingredients plant and we could look at candidates in a strong #2 role looking for the next step in their career.

Overall leadership for a 30 person plant making bulk ingredients. Leads the charge to a more structured environment with better KPI's and stronger process and procedure in the plant. Mentor and develop the leadership team at the Plant.  Collaborate with Corporate resources on projects and new systems implementation.   

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• BS degree is required with a preference for a technical degree

• Strong production leadership within a Food or Beverage manufacturing plant

• Track record of getting results through the us of KPI's and CI programs

• Influencing skills and the ability to lead change

• Prefer a strong technical aptitude
