Plant Manager

We have been retained to fill a Plant Manager position in a growing company located in a Midwest metro area. 

This role will have responsibility for developing people, process and systems.  This is a smaller food manufacturing facility with approximately 90 people. 

Ideal candidates will have the following: 

• A minimum of 10 years leading operations in a food manufacturing plant

• Must have experience developing people with a coaching mentoring approach

• Must have passion and energy for leading operations to higher levels

• Prefer candidates with some level of technical skills

• Prefer bakery manufacturing experience
